Green ?Tiny Home? Workshop Coming to Seattle is hosting a public workshop in Seattle on February 25th and 26th of 2012.

Seattle, WA (PRWEB) February 04, 2012

Tumbleweed Tiny House Company is hosting a workshop on February 25th and 26th with the keynote speaker being an actual Tiny Home owner. In 2004 Dee Williams purchased her small house plans from Tumbleweed Tiny House Company. She built her 84 square foot home using recycled materials and has lived in it ever since. Ms. Williams? two day talk will include shared building ideas and in-depth information on the philosophy behind tiny home living. The workshop will take place at Courtyard Seattle Downtown on 2nd Avenue and tickets can be purchased by visiting http://www.tumbleweedhouses.com/workshops/seattle/

Dee Williams? brand of green living has complemented the Tiny Home movement, making it easier for Tiny Home designers, such as Tumbleweed Tiny House Company, to introduce affordable housing to the masses. The Tumbleweed Tiny House Company has set up several events around the US, such as the one in Seattle, to provide the public with real Tiny House dwellers who are using their small homes to make a big difference.

?The cost of owning a house was socially not what I wanted to be about,? says Dee Williams, who recently was featured in Time Magazine and on the cover of ?Yes? magazine. ?I downsized, well smart-sized, myself. My five dollar a month utility bill makes me feel like a winner. Because of my Tiny Home I have developed a better relationship with nature. I?m looking forward to sharing all of these great experiences with the people of Nashville this month.?

Tumbleweed Tiny House Company is proud to have Dee Williams as an advocate for the movement and their company. The Nashville workshop takes place daily from 9am until 5pm. Tickets start at $ 399.00 and seating is very limited. Attendees will learn the fourteen basic tools needed to build a Tiny Home, how to select the best materials, the types of heaters and toilets best suited for these homes, and the nuts and bolts of how to build a house.

Tumbleweed Tiny House Company isn?t just a business, it is a movement. With over twenty models to choose from, the company designs homes with a socially responsible platform. Tumbleweed markets houses that range from 65 square feet to 874 square feet. The company is founded by tiny house guru Jay Shafer – who is a recognized leader in popularizing the tiny homes concept. For more information on the company, Jay Shafer, Dee Williams, or to view the homes, please visit: http://www.tumbleweedhouses.com.

New To Do List Software Release: “To-Do No Longer Too Dull”

SOUTH WALES, UK (PRWEB) January 29, 2012

Shout Internet Ltd today announced the launch of its latest software product ‘ShoutDone’ which takes a unique, design-led approach to task management.

The to do list software, which runs natively on both PC and Mac, is targeted at anyone wishing to better-organize their work and personal time, without falling foul of what CEO, Rich Butterworth, terms “list fatigue”.

“ShoutDone was born of my own frustration” said Rich. “I’d tried dozens of established products, but got tired of the ‘column list’ design approach they all took. I figured there had to be a better way of laying out projects and tasks that would appeal more to right-brain thinkers like myself”.

The result of several months’ development, ShoutDone is free for single installations on PC or Mac, and a ‘Pro? version retails at $ 37 for multiple device installations (with automatic synchronization between installations, via a free ‘Evernote’ account).

Features include one-click task filters, drag and drop task sorting, Evernote account compatibility, automated task prioritization, e-mail task entry, hotkey shortcuts and special ‘spotlight’ view mode.

ShoutDone is also compliant with David Allen’s popular ‘GTD’ task management methodology.

“With the coming of a new year there’s never been a better time to review your projects, tasks and priorities and to address the work life balance” said Rich Butterworth. “ShoutDone gives users the tools they need to get organized and stay organized – a task management system they’ll want to use for the long term.”

ShoutDone is available for download from today at ShoutDone To Do List Software.

Shout Internet offers a small selection of useful digital products and services designed to meet the needs of beginner and intermediate marketers, and small-to-medium sized businesses either doing business online already, or seeking to do so.

Dear Friend,

If you’re like me you are on complete information overload. With today’s technology, there are many ways to market your business. There is something new every day. LinkedIn, Squidoo, Twitter, MySpace, Facebook, Articles, Blogging, Email Marketing, and the list goes on and on.

How do you keep up?

Seems impossible doesn’t it? Well I am happy to say I have found the solution. The company is called ’123Employee’ and they offer full time and part time dedicated virtual assistants from their U.S. run facilities overseas. You can get full time employees for nearly $ 5 an hour. Part time packages start as low as $ 297 per month.

But that’s not all, ’123Employee’ has pre-trained people for web design and internet marketing. So the things that you may not know how to do like Squidoo Lenses, Blog Posting, Article Writing, etc., they can do it… This equals leads and sales for your business!

Here’s the best part, you don’t pay a penny until you hire your first employee. That’s right, the folks at ’123Employee’ will not charge you anything until you actually hire someone. Your satisfaction is guaranteed.

Inbox Triage With Gmail
Small Business Marketing Consulting

Several people on my Facebook for Business Cooperative Group are newcomers to social media.
Social media interactions generate TONS of incoming email that can overwhelm someone unaccustomed to handling a large volume of email.

I counsel the small business owners that are my Local SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and SMM (Social Media Marketing) consulting clients to switch to Gmail.

Gmail’s spam filter is simply Efficient, it deals with spam so you can get to the work of replying to customer inquiries quickly.

In this screenshot I’m showing my Facebook group how to quickly sort the 151 email notifications I had in one day from FB’s BranchOut.

You Search gmail the way you search with Google.
There is no reason to delete any email, all you have to do is search for it or label it.

How do I Advertise a small business for free? and where do I start?

Question by muggysa: How do I Advertise a small business for free? and where do I start?
I want to start a small business of my own, how can I advertise free to start? And where would I go to get help starting out its a preschool, I have all my degree’s to teach. But I want to do it out of my home with a co-teacher friend. Please help?

Advertising is a business, and it’s not free. Even putting up flyers will require you to spend some money on printing them up and finding a place that will allow you to put them up, and it will cost you time as well.

Don’t put flyers in mailboxes, that’s illegal.

Any place that will take your ad will want some money to run your ad. You can look for cheap agencies, some of them will bundle your ad with other ads and send them out as bulk mail (snail mail).

Best internet advertising?

Question by LevLLC: Best internet advertising?
Whats the best way to advertise over the internet for free? I have this roaminggear.com website with great deals on electronics etc. Even if I have to pay whats a good service that will market over the net for you?

Answer by Brucebuys
Unfortunately this is no “best” advertising vehicle …..

You will need to TEST PPC, and Banners and Ezine ads for your budget and test SEO and blogging and social networking for your FREE efforts.

Probably some combination of both will produce the best results.
